Who We Are
Africa Children's Fund is a Registered Charity (No.1114606) that was set up to help children from disadvantaged families in Africa and children from Africa living in the UK and in Zimbabwe.
As an organisation we pride ourselves in being able to feed, shelter, educate, entertain and provide holidays for children from poor families.
Our Directors have years of experience in working with children as some of them are teachers by profession.
We have projects in Zimbabwe and soon will be opening offices in Malawi then Zambia and next year Niger and Sudan.

Our Aims and objectives
1. To support orphans and vulnerable children(OVCs) through the provision of education. (Some children left school for various reasons e.g. lack of fees,pregnancy and to look after siblings; so AFRICEF gives OVCs a chance to go back to school.
2. To collaborate in funding and giving material support for any organization that has child oriented development objectives with particular emphasis on disadvantaged and vulnerable children.
3. To provide nourishment and shelter for children who are affected / infected with HIV / AIDS.
4. To train girls and young women and equip them with skills needed to start own income generating projects and improve their employability. This is done through our Bulawayo School of Excellence project.

In 2010 AFRICEF celebrates ten years of working with Orphans and Vulnerable Children.
